Her actions bring credit to herself, the Arizona, and the Fleet at large. As such, I hereby award her the Cross of Distinction.

Her constant diligence in ensuring that the mission continued in a successful manner is something to be appreciated and emulated. Her actions bring credit to herself, the Arizona, and the Fleet at large. As such, I hereby award her the Medal of Honor.

Her selfless actions are in keeping with the highest standards of self-sacrifice and commitment to duty. Her actions bring credit to herself, the Arizona, and the Fleet at large. As such, I hereby award her the Purple Heart.
