Nominated by Captain Nathan Cowell MD 		Lieutenant Torrna Maliya, despite her very recent introduction, has entered this mission in a very fierce and straight forward manner. Her no holds barred attitude to bringing the character to the forefront and making her presence known and felt in a meaningful and inspired manner sets her apart from her peers in a positive and creative way. Her actions bring credit to herself, the Arizona, and the Fleet at large. As such, I hereby award her the Cross of Distinction.
