Mission: Renegades
Location: Various
Timeline: After Eyewitness Accounts... Part 2

After the Engineer and the woman had been sequestered by the Major and Lieutenant Goodman, Marc gathered the other survivors together. The first order of business was taking them to Medical to make sure that they were all okay and once that was completed, he checked to see if anyone was hungry. Instead of giving them something replicated, he decided to take them to the Mess Hall so they could eat something real. He was tempted to question them, but he knew that they had already been through enough for the time being.

Finally, Ensign Shenk checked on the availability of rooms which could be assigned to the survivors of the MT Hawl. Securing an area of the ship and having it cordoned off, Marc let them know not to wander off and who to contact in case of an emergency. The quarters were tight due to all the extra supplies getting taken onboard at Deep Space 10 and some of them had to bunk with each other, but it was the best he could do. Letting the Duty Officer know after making the room assignments, the Ensign headed back to Security to fill out his report.

There, he filled out his report and sat back at his desk, thinking about what they had found out so far and what they hadn't. What they hadn't found out was who was responsible for it. He signed off on his report and filed it, then pulled up any information about the inhabitants of the Gavarian Corridor and stared at the screen until his head started to hurt. It could be one of dozens of races and he had no idea as yet what type of energy patterns were being used.

Closing out the information, he picked up a PaDD and headed for the holodeck, intent on getting some training in with Bruce Lee. He was a little out of date in his training in Jeet Kun Do and it was time to step up the action. Maybe if he didn't get his ass kicked too badly by the Master, he would allow himself a little time with Sherlock Homes, the greatest of all detectives. Perhaps one day his own status as an Investigator would cause people to write programs about him.
